Here's how to sign up:

  • Create an account by choosing a username and password

  • Enter an e-email address or cell phone number where you would like to receive messages

You can customize the information you want, for the locations you want, from urgent public safety alerts to less time sensitive advisories and community information.  You choose how you want to receive the information, whether it is over your cell phone, by text message or by email.  You stay connected to what is happening in the communities and the locations that are relevant to you.

Registration is FREE, SIMPLE, and SECURE!

As citizens you have a right to know what is happening where you live, where you work, and where your children go to school.  We believe access to trusted information is the best way to build safer, stronger, and more connected neighborhoods and communities.  So please take advantage of our newest public safety tool by signing up today at www.nixle.com and lets all do our part to make Sanford a better place.
